Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service govern the relationship between you (the "Customer") and [your store name] ("Us") in relation to orders placed on a cash-on-delivery basis.

The term "cash on delivery" refers to the business model where the Customer pays for the product or service at the time of receipt.

The Customer must be present and available at the address provided to receive the product and make the corresponding payment. Failure to be available after several delivery attempts may result in additional charges or cancellation of the order.

We only accept cash. It is the customer's responsibility to have the exact amount available for payment.

If the Customer does not make payment or does not have the exact amount, the product will be returned and an additional charge will be incurred for shipping and handling costs.

Once payment has been made and the product has been received, the Customer may request a return within 7 days, provided the product is in the same condition as when it was delivered. Return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.

We are not responsible for non-delivery of the product due to problems with the courier service or the unavailability of the Customer, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

If the Customer wishes to modify their order after placing it but before it has been shipped, they must contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, changes cannot be made. Additional charges may apply if substantial changes are made to the order before shipping.

The average delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the city from which you place your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery of the product due to problems with the courier service or the Customer's unavailability, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

The courier making the delivery will clearly identify themselves as a delivery person associated with our store. For security reasons, we recommend that our customers only receive products if the courier properly identifies themselves.
